How do I know my package was delivered in Miami?


The tracking number you received from your seller is enough to track when your package has arrived in Miami. Also, by using your personalized account, you can sign in to your account to verify that it's arrived in Miami by using the same tracking number.




How do I know my package was delivered in Sxm?


Once your package has been received at our local office we will send you an email notification.




How do I get my personalized account?


Contact us to request your personlized account info.




I accidently sent my package air or ocean, what should I do?


If the package has not been shipped yet, the first step is to try and either cancel or edit your order by contacting the seller (website your ordered from). If the package has already shipped, we cannot make any guarantees but please contact us ASAP so we can try our best to assist. There will be a $5 change processing fee that's applied if we're successfull.

I have not received any email notifications, what should I do?


Please check your junk mail and also ensure that you have added our email (info@ebssxm.com) to your contact list. Otherwise, please contact us to resolve this issue.
